Candela Gentleyag® laser therapy is a safe and effective treatment for skin and tissue rejuvenation and tightening. The mechanism of action for this improvement is the creation of a zone of heat-dependent micro injury within the dermis, resulting in the generation of new connective tissue that literally “pushes” the wrinkle from the inside out.
